My Favorite Low Carb Asian Slaw
1 package Cole Slaw Mix (from produce section)
1/2 cup Sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup Sunflower kernels or pepitas
1 T sesame seeds toasted (optional)
1 bunch green onions chopped
3 packets of stevia or 2 T swerve
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 T sesame oil
1 tsp Ginger (fresh)
1 tsp garlic powder
Place first 5 ingredients in Mix the last 7 ingredients together in a separate bowl and whisk. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill for several hours.
