Keto Taco Turkey Soup

- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 T cumin
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes (or rotel)
- 1 sleeve of Lono Life chicken bone broth
- 14 ounces water
- 1 block of regular cream cheese
Toppings can include jalapenos (although I can't eat them), shredded cheese, avocados, plain greek yogurt
Instructions
Crumble and cook the ground turkey, minced garlic and chopped onion in a skillet until done through. Drain.- Add 3/4 cup of the water and the spices to the meat. Cook for several minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot and heat to a simmer. Continue to simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Top with your "allowed" toppings, but be sure to add them into your count for the day.
