Crab Louie Salad
Serves 4

4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
4 boiled eggs
4 medium tomatoes
1 lb. imitation crab meat
1 seeded red bell pepper cut into strips
1 package asparagus cooked, chilled
16 Kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
1 avocado

Make a bed of romaine lettuce on a large plate. Top with crab, avocado, tomatoes, and asparagus. Drizzle with dressing
